Arts & Letters, from Great Minds, is our English Language Arts curriculum. Through deep exploration of texts, students build knowledge of the world around them while practicing reading, writing, critical thinking, discussion and presentation skills. In each module, students complete multiple writing tasks and build toward writing a two-paragraph essay by the end of year. In Module 3, students complete a group project using Google Slides and deliver an oral presentation to the class. There are also two Listening/Reading Comprehension Assessments in each module.

In addition to the main texts listed below, students will read articles and poems and view artwork and brief videos throughout the modules.
