No one deserves to be abused. The National Domestic Violence Hotline reports that intimate partner violence affects more than 12 million people every year, and that almost half of all adults in the United States -- women and men -- have experienced psychological aggression by an intimate partner. Domestic violence also harms children.
If you are in an emergency, call 911.
The Hotline is available online, by phone at 800-799-7233, or by texting 'START' to 88788
If you suspect a child is being abused, call the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline at 800-482-5964
